Texas-based Behavioral Health Group (BHG) announced a data security incident that impacted over 197,000 individuals. According to the company website, an unauthorized party may have removed files and folders from their network in December 2021.

In June 2022, BHG determined that the following data may have been leaked:

  • Driver’s license numbers
  • Financial account information
  • Biometrics
  • Medication information
  • Passport numbers
  • Payment card information
  • Health insurance information
