According to a notice on their company website, Calibrated identified a data security incident on February 26, 2024. An unauthorized individual apparently gained access to files on the Calibrated Healthcare network, possibly compromising the healthcare-related personal information of thousands of individuals.
Calibrated immediately took their impacted systems offline and started an initial investigation. They later concluded that the company network was hacked between February 25 and February 26, 2024, and files may have been copied without authorization.
The breached information on the network files could include the following: name, date of birth, medical diagnosis, treatment information, health insurance information, claims and billing information, Social Security number, and driver’s license number.
