Carrington Mortgage Services and its technology vendor, Alvaria, have announced a ransomware attack where an unauthorized party accessed and copied sensitive personal information. An unknown number of victims’ data was compromised in the breach.
Carrington Mortgage has begun contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted, including:
- Name
- Loan Number
- Last 4 digits of SSN
- Address
