Circles of Care Data Breach Investigation
The Lyon Firm is actively involved in class action personal privacy and data theft cases and is currently investigating Circles of Care data breach claims on behalf of plaintiffs in Florida and nationwide.
In September 2022, Circles of Care detected suspicious activity on their IT network and hired independent cybersecurity experts to conduct an investigation. The company investigation concluded that a threat actor potentially obtained some personal information. HHS is reporting that over 60,000 individuals may be impacted.
