CompleteCare Health Network Data Breach Investigation

The Lyon Firm is investigating CompleteCare Health data breach claims for individuals impacted in the recent ransomware attack on the health network. CCHN filed a notice in December after learning of a cybersecurity breach. Over 313,000 individuals may have had their personal data compromised.

In December 2023, CompleteCare Health Network learned that they had been hit with a cyberattack in October 2023. The incident reportedly resulted in the hackers being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes names, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and medical information.

On December 15, CompleteCare began sending out data breach notification letters to those affected by the ransomware attack. If you receive a letter from CCHN, it is important to understand that you may be at an increased risk for fraud and identity theft.
