What Happened?
On March 13, 2022, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital identified unusual activity on their network. After a data breach investigation, on March 18, 2022, the company determined that a range of sensitive documents may have been copied from or viewed on the system by an unauthorized person between March 11, 2022, and March 14, 2022.
