On August 2, 2022, focusIT, Inc., a third-party vendor who facilitates Residential Mortgage application processing, was notified by the Texas Financial Crimes Intelligence Center that unknown threat actors potentially compromised a third party system in the focusIT network.
The personal information of almost 148,000 applicants or account holders may have been compromised. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Address
