Update: The Lyon Firm has filed a class action against NCB Management for allegedly failing to protect the personal data of thousands of individuals. 

NCB, a national accounts receivable management company that provides account services to Bank of America, discovered unauthorized access to their IT systems.

Client information previously connected with Bank of America credit card accounts was potentially obtained by the unauthorized party. Around 494,000 individuals may be impacted.

According to NCB, the information involved may have included the following: 

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Employment position
  • Driver’s license number
  • Social Security number
  • Account information
  • Credit card number
