Update: The Lyon Firm has filed a class action complaint, naming NextGen as a defendant in the recent data breach incident.
On March 30, 2023, NextGen Healthcare discovered a data security incident on its systems, potentially compromising the personal identifiable information of thousands of individuals. NextGen determined that an unauthorized actor may have had access to personal data between March 29 and April 14, 2023.
NextGen Healthcare has begun contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted, including:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address
