Omnicell, Inc. confirmed that the company experienced a data breach following an alleged ransomware attack. The company recently learned of the ransomware attack, noted in a May 9, 2022 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The scope of the breach has not been published though hacking groups have said they have accessed a great deal of data. More details are expected ghostwriting to be disclosed soon.
