SuperCare Health Data Breach

The Lyon Firm is actively involved in personal privacy and data theft cases and is currently investigating the California SuperCare Health data breach claims.

SuperCare Health, a California respiratory care provider, has begun notifying 318,379 patients that protected health information has potentially been compromised and accessed by unauthorized individuals in a July 2021 cyberattack.

In a data breach notification letter dated on March 25th, SuperCare Health says unauthorized activity was detected within its network on July 27, 2021. Independent cybersecurity experts were hired to investigate the incident.

The SuperCare Health investigation determined that unauthorized individuals accessed the network from July 23, 2021, to July 27, 2021.
