U.S. Vision Inc. and its subsidiary USV Optical Inc., operating out of Blackwood, NJ, has begun sending out data breach notification letters following a security incident that may impact tens of thousand of former and current customers.
Between April 20 and May 17, 2021, an unauthorized party allegedly accessed and removed certain information from the US Vision – USV Optical network.
