Gateway Diagnostic operates 12 clinics in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, area and specializes in medical imaging services, including MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and X-rays.

In December 2021, Gateway Diagnostic discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. On September 2, 2022, Gateway began notifying individuals. The type of information exposed includes:
