November 9, 2022, Work Health Solutions started notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted by a large-scale data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information may have been accessed.

Work Health Solutions has determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed patient data through an employee email account between February 16 and March 24, 2022.

Work Health Solutions is an occupational health provider that provides onsite, near-site, and mobile clinic care with specialties in injury prevention, vaccinations, medical surveillance, and workers’ compensation.
