Bone & Joint Clinic, a health care facility specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, has been hit with a data security attack that may have impacted up to 105,000 individuals.
Bone and Joint offers a variety of services from foot, ankle, knee, and hip replacements, to pain management and physical therapy in Wausau, Medford, Merrill, Schofield, Mosinee, and Plover, Wisconsin.
The personal data compromised may include the following:
