Central Indiana Orthopedics Data Breach

On October 16, 2021, Central Indiana Orthopedics detected unusual activity on their network and launched a data breach investigation. The IT forensics team found evidence that some Central Indiana Orthopedics files were accessed by an unauthorized actor.

While the compromised data is not the same for every individual, the potentially leaked personal information includes names and Social Security numbers. Over 83,000 individuals may have had their data leaked.
