What Happened at HMG?
In November 2023, HMG discovered a potential data security incident that stemmed from a network incursion in August. The company confirmed that the attack exposed confidential patient information that may include your name, Social Security number, date of birth, contact information, health information, medical information, and employment records.
On January 8, 2024, HMG Healthcare, LLC filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Texas and began sending out data breach notification letters to all individuals whose information was affected.
