Tampa General Hospital Data Breach Investigation

Tampa General Hospital has confirmed that hackers gained access to its IT network and obtained files containing the protected health information of over a million patients.
The security breach was detected on May 31, 2023, and the affected systems were allegedly taken offline to prevent further damage.
