What Happened?

In April 2023, a few months after Fallon ceased operations, the company detected suspicious activity within their data storage archive. The company moved to hire third-party cybersecurity specialists for a full investigation, and to review exactly what data was impacted. The investigating showed that the “suspicious activity” may have occurred as early as February 17, 2023.

It was also concluded that files were indeed obtained by an unauthorized party that may have contained name, address, Social Security number, medical information, COVID-19 testing or vaccination information, and information provided to Fallon in connection with existing or potential employment.

Notification letters were mailed by Transformative Healthcare (or Fallon) to the impacted individuals on or around December 27, 2023. The letters should outline more about what happened and what data was allegedly stolen. The company may offer free credit monitoring software, and more information.
