On July 26, 2022, FMC detected a network data security incident and began an investigation into what type of information might have been compromised. The Texas AG website states that over 217,000 individuals may be impacted.

Family Medicine Centers are a network of primary care clinics throughout Amarillo and Canyon, Texas. FMC currently has 75 health care providers.

FMC is now alerting individuals that the following data may have been compromised:

Name
Mailing address
Date of birth
Social Security Number
Protected health information
