Mindpath Health has announced a data breach incident on their web site, and indicated that the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information of individuals were potentially compromised.

In July 2022, Mindpath discovered a security breach and noted that its IT systems may have been accessed. An unauthorized actor allegedly accessed sensitive information through two employee email accounts in March and June 2022.

Mindpath Health is a provider of outpatient behavioral health services. Mindpath has more than 90 locations across the United States and offers a telehealth option. The type of patient information potentially exposed includes:
