Salusive Health, the developer of the popular myNurse platform has begun sending out data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. MyNurse assists physician practices streamline patient management.

In communication to patients, Salusive Health says it detected unauthorized activity on its computer network in March 2022. An investigation confirmed that alleged hackers accessed personal and protected health information of patients.

Salusive said it has implemented new security measures to prevent further breaches. It is currently unclear how many individuals have been affected. Salusive – myNurse – is reportedly providing free credit monitoring and identity theft protection to those impacted, though attorneys believe victims deserve more compensation for their distress and potential future losses.
