Product liability cases are complex cases and require the help of qualified counsel and qualified expert witnesses to perform a root cause analysis and formulate a scientifically based opinion on both defective design and causation.

It is critical to preserve any evidence of a defective product that has caused a burn accident. An investigation may reveal that the manufacturer is liable, and possibly the distributor, should they beware of the fire and burn injury risks and failed to warn consumers.
