The Lyon Firm is investigating data theft claims after the Western Washington Medical Group gave notice to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights about a Hacking\IT Security Incident that allegedly impacted over 350,000 individuals.

The individuals with various personal and medical data compromised will soon receive data breach notification letters from the healthcare entity regarding the incident.
