Talbert House, out of Cincinnati, Ohio, has begun mailing data breach notification letters to individuals whose information may have been compromised in a June 2021 data breach incident.

In June 2021, Talbert House became aware of suspicious network activity on their network and began a security breach investigation. Talbert House concluded that their network had been accessed by an unauthorized third party and hired a cybersecurity firm to then assist in bolstering their systems.

A data breach investigation in still ongoing, though it has already been determined that the cyberattack may have resulted in the theft of personal information of Talbert House clients, employees, and others. Compromised personal data may include the following:

  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
