Clint serves as an associate attorney at The Lyon Firm, representing clients in both federal and state courts nationwide. His practice focuses on mass torts, product liability, privacy law, personal injury related to ART/IVF procedures, insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, and pollution-related property damage claims.

He has handled dozens of data breach and internet privacy cases across the country and has handled all aspects of case investigation, complaint drafting, motion drafting, discovery issues, and settlement. He also brings deep experience in ART/IVF matters, understanding both the legal complexities and the emotional challenges involved. Clint also has substantial experience with property damage claims arising from environmental pollution.

In the insurance realm, Clint evaluates coverage obligations under a range of policies, including commercial general liability, excess and umbrella policies, business auto, travel insurance, and UM/UIM coverage. He has successfully secured coverage for clients through strategic demand letters and advocacy to ensure insurers uphold their contractual responsibilities.

Clint earned his Bachelor’s in Politics from Wake Forest University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then attended the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Campbell Moot Court Quarter-Finalist and participated in the Michigan Criminal and Civil Clinic. In addition to working at The Lyon Firm, Clint is also pursuing a legal tech startup.
