In September 2020, Comprehensive Health Services (CHS) detected unusual network activity within its digital realm following the discovery of fraudulent wire transfers. Comprehensive Health Services launched an investigation with a third-party digital forensics team and in November 2021, over a year later, announced that certain personal information may have been compromised and impacted in connection with the incident. Over 94,000 individuals may have had their data stolen.

Comprehensive Health Services has begun sending out data breach notification letters to potentially impacted individuals and victims. The leaked data may include the following:
