Vivendi Ticketing US has filed notice of a data breach with the Texas Attorney General after information that had been entrusted to the company was allegedly accessed by unauthorized persons. The breach reportedly impacted the See Tickets business, potentially leaking consumers’ names, addresses and financial information, such as credit or debit card numbers or bank account numbers.

On October 24, 2022, Vivendi Ticketing began sending out data breach notification letters to individuals whose information was compromised as a result of a data security incident. There are reportedly 92,074 Vivendi data breach victims in Texas, so nationwide the total number if individuals impacted could be in the hundreds of thousands.
