Montserrat “Montse” Leon is a Paralegal at The Lyon Firm, where she supports attorneys in class action, asbestos, toxic exposure, mass tort, and personal injury litigation. Her work includes case management, discovery, legal filings, medical records, client communications, and other aspects of litigation from intake through active case development.
Before joining The Lyon Firm, Montse worked with U.S. law firms handling mass tort litigation and settlement administration. She assisted with settlement allocations and agreements for more than 500 vaccine-related cases in national litigation that resulted in more than $10 million in total recoveries over an eight-month period.
Montse has also interned as a judge’s assistant, giving her experience with both law firm practice and the judicial process. She is fluent in Spanish and English and also speaks French.
Education and Experience
Montse graduated from Universidad América Latina School of Law in 2023 and has worked in the legal field since 2021.
Outside of work, Montse enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs.
