Henderson, et al. v. Reventics, LLC (2025) District Court, Arapahoe County, Colorado

The Lyon Firm served as counsel for the plaintiffs and the proposed nationwide class in a data security incident class action involving patient health and identifying information. Final approval granted August 15, 2025 for an $8,150,000 settlement fund.

The Christ Hospital Pixel Litigation

Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio, Case No. A2204749. Joseph Lyon was appointed co-lead counsel by Judge Christian A. Jenkins in a healthcare pixel tracking class action involving the alleged disclosure of patient health information through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Final approval of a $7,000,000 settlement fund, one-year privacy protection subscriptions, and business practice changes, with a total gross settlement value of $96,893,540 for over 320,000 class members.

The Lyon Firm and Joseph Lyon contributed across all phases of a nationwide healthcare pixel tracking class action involving the alleged disclosure of patient information to Meta and Google, affecting at least three million individuals.
